Pixel Counting Measurements

TICOR™ has a purpose built measurement module which utilises formulae to count pixels within the thermogram. By setting the most clearly defined palette on your camera the images are imported and then sections drawn, labelled and measured accordingly. Even if the entire target area cannot be seen TICOR™ can compensate by measuring smaller sections and still provide an accurate level in CM and as an overall % on a graph which is drawn automatically based on where the spot measurements are placed. There are no limits to measure points so accuracy is optimised. Inspections are compounded so trending can occur and additionally lens configuration and camera resolution can also be accounted for making a truly diverse measurement module ideally suited to areas like the oil and gas sector where internal vessel levels are critical and need to be monitored for increases or decreases.
